I mentioned this in a post a couple of days ago but my head was so all over the place it was hard to put brain to blog post.
I recently found out I'm going to be writing an article for The Guardian about social media and how it can improve employability. It'll appear on their website and I'll be putting pen to page in the next couple of weeks.
Okay, there's the logical bit, now for the freak out.
Before writing became my job, I wrote for free, for a few different publications. I'd come through the door after a day at school, pull out my laptop and get writing away, never getting paid a penny for it.
Writing this article for The Guardian feels like all that work really was worth it.
I can't tell you how happy I am!
